In the current Covid-19 situation there may be some small delays dispatching, making headwear or more significant hold ups in the postal systems. Please be patient with us and the postal service.

We are still making our headwear and dispatching but taking extra precautions as per government requirements.

The carrier company we use for dispatch is Royal Mail, for 1st class recorded, and Parcel Force for International recorded items. This is a secure tracked postal service, which requires a signature upon delivery.

You will need to ensure someone is in at the delivery address to accept in your consignment, or consider having it delivered to a place of work for instance. If you are out when delivery is attempted, a note should be left for you with a reference to enable you to rearrange delivery or collect for the nearest sorting office.

We recognise that you have made your purchase based on our description and item pictures.

Where a sizing is wrong we are happy to exchange items returned to us unworn, clean and in good condition at no extra cost to you (UK customers).

Due to hygiene any items returned must be unworn, clean and with original tags. Identification is required when making a return along with a receipt. We keep a record of returns.

All returns/exchanges must occur within 30 days of purchase.

Where we are unable to help you find an alternative, we offer a no-quibble refund on your item purchase. This refund is the price of your purchase, but not the postage cost.

In-store

We recognise that you have had the opportunity to see, feel and try on the item of purchase.

We can exchange goods or offer credit voucher on returned items. A credit voucher lasts for a period of 3 months from date of return.

In every situation, we endeavour to assist you in every way possible to find an alternative or replacement for your original purchase.

Vintage Hats & Repairs

We often get repair/repurpose requests with customers who have vintage headwear or hats from other companies – unfortunately we are unable to do this with any hat other than our own – some of the materials used may not be available and the potential damage that could occur with a fragile vintage hat would be irreversible. For this reason, we could not accept responsibility and therefore do not offer this service. We thank you for your understanding.
